It is of course frustrating if you have a complaint about our products. We would like to help you further and to offer you a desirable solution. You can send an e-mail to: Our staff from the complaints department will investigate the complaint and endeavour to find a solution that is satisfactory to all concerned.
After receiving your complaint we will send you confirmation of receipt. 

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it; should we require more time, we will inform you of this. If you prefer, you can always contact the mediation department of the organization Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with which we are affiliated.

As of 15 February 2016 consumers in the EU can also submit a complaint to the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at ( As long as the complaint is not being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the platform of the European Union.
