How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), iDEAL and Bancontact.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Yes, the prices shown include VAT. However, VAT is not charged for deliveries outside Europe. This is calculated at the end of the ordering process.
Shipping costs within the EU are shown excluding VAT.
My credit card payment is not going through
All payments made to us are processed automatically. The system also checks whether a payment may be fraudulent. If it flags a payment as potentially fraudulent, we must approve it manually. It may therefore seem that the payment has not gone through, while we can still approve it so that your order is processed normally.
If a credit card payment fails, please send us a message so we can check what went wrong.
